Bureau Plattner advised co-founder Luciano Roncaglia in the management buyout of Jointek Aerospace; RP Legalitax assisted Tenax Capital; and Studio Busani & Partners handled the notarial aspects of the transaction. The share capital of Jointek — a company active for more than 30 years on the European market and specialised in the production and distribution of flexible hoses and specialised components for fluid transport systems used in the aerospace sector and other performance‑critical industries — was acquired by co‑founder Luciano Roncaglia through a management buyout supported by financing from Tenax Capital. Bureau Plattner represented client Luciano Roncaglia with a team composed by: Filippo Arata (partner), Costanza Galli (lawyer), Simona Gallo (partner) and Ulderico Ariano (lawyer), assisted by professionals from the bP Corporate Finance department.
