A&O Shearman advised the pool of joint bookrunners — BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank, ING, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley (B&D) and Société Générale — on the transaction, with A&O's Amsterdam office providing assistance on Dutch law aspects. Simmons & Simmons Amsterdam assisted the issuer, Exor. The transaction comprised a €600 million nominal bond issue by Exor with a 10‑year maturity. The bond carries a fixed annual coupon of 3.750% and was placed with institutional investors. The bond has been admitted to listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF Market.
