Poggipolini completes buyback of shares from Cherry Bay Capital Group

Poggipolini, a group specialised in the design and production of critical fastening components and precision titanium and special-alloy parts for the aeronautical, aerospace, defence, automotive and motorsport sectors, has completed the buyback of its own shares from Cherry Bay Capital Group, thereby returning to full control of the company following Cherry Bay’s prior participation. The operation encompassed corporate and financial structuring, negotiation and finalisation of contractual and financial documentation, fiscal planning and notarial formalities. Kartesia Management was involved in the financing aspects of the transaction and was supported on the structuring, documentation and related tax profiles.
