Molinari and 4Legal Studio Legale advised buyer Mediass (part of The Ardonagh Group), while Studio Legale Corbò and Studio Arvigo-Boccalari assisted the sellers in the transaction. Mediass, part of the international Ardonagh Group, has completed the acquisition of MP Insurance Brokers, an insurance broker specialised in the transport sector. The transaction represents Ardonagh’s seventh acquisition in 2025 and underscores the group’s strategy to further strengthen the quality and breadth of its services in line with its international vision.
