HEUKING advised former ProSiebenSat.1 Chief Financial Officer Martin Mildner on employment law matters related to his departure from the company. The advice came amid a wider leadership transition at ProSiebenSat.1. In October the media group’s Supervisory Board resolved to appoint an entirely new Executive Board. Mildner, who had served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2023, sought counsel concerning the consequences of that management change and his separation from the Executive Board. Mildner’s relationship with HEUKING dates back to his earlier career: he was an Equity Partner at the firm from 2004 to 2007 and had previously collaborated with Dr. Andreas Walle, who has been with HEUKING since 1998.
