Vinson & Elkins Advises LanzaJet on FEED Contract for Project Speedbird, Flagship UK SAF Plant

Vinson & Elkins LLP advised LanzaJet, Inc. in connection with the award of the Front‑End Engineering and Design (FEED) contract for Project Speedbird, LanzaJet’s flagship UK sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) plant. The FEED contract for Project Speedbird was awarded to Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR). The agreement covers front‑end engineering and design work for LanzaJet’s flagship UK SAF facility and represents a significant step toward advancing project development and delivering sustainable aviation fuel capacity in the United Kingdom.
