(NASDAQ: ATAI), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing rapid-acting and convenient mental health treatments, has announced the successful completion of the strategic combination between atai Life Sciences and Beckley Psytech Limited. The transaction was effected as an all-share combination and brings together scientific and clinical expertise with a pipeline of investigational psychedelic-based neuroplastogens aimed at addressing significant unmet needs in mental health.
