Osborne Clarke advised green flexibility on a cooperation with Hamburg-based project developer Hansa Battery. The transaction concerns a framework agreement under which Hansa Battery will develop multiple large-scale battery storage projects across Germany with a planned total connection capacity of around 500 MW.
