The transaction comprised the issuance of PLN 1.155 billion of mortgage covered bonds maturing on 27 November 2028. The notes represent PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s first issue under its newly established PLN 10 billion national mortgage bond issue programme and mark the first retail covered‑bond offering in nearly a century in Poland. The covered bonds were admitted to trading on Catalyst, the parallel regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
