Clifford Chance advises Sanofi and joint bookrunners on $3 billion SEC-registered bond offering

"Clifford Chance advised Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Natixis Securities Americas LLC and Sanofi on a successful $3 billion SEC-registered bond offering split into five tranches (two floating-rate, three fixed-rate) with maturities of two to seven years."

Clifford Chance advised Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Natixis Securities Americas LLC and Sanofi in connection with Sanofi’s successful $3 billion bond offering registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The transaction comprised a $3 billion aggregate issuance divided into five tranches: two floating-rate tranches and three fixed-rate tranches, with maturities ranging from two to seven years. Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Natixis Securities Americas LLC serving as additional joint bookrunners. Sanofi, a R&D-driven biopharmaceutical company listed on NASDAQ and Euronext and leveraging artificial intelligence in its operations, was the issuer.
