CMS Grau Advises Danper Trujillo on Up to USD 65 Million Syndicated Financing from Local and Foreign Banks

"CMS Grau advised Danper Trujillo on a syndicated financing of up to USD 65 million provided by a group of local and foreign banks. Banco Itaú Chile acted as Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, Itaú Chile New York Branch as Administrative Agent, and La Fiduciaria S.A. as Collateral Agent. Holland & Knight, DLA Piper and Dunning, Vallejo y MacDonald acted for the lenders. Closing: 28 Oct 2025; first disbursement: 30 Oct 2025."

CMS Grau advised Danper Trujillo, while Holland & Knight, DLA Piper and Dunning, Vallejo y MacDonald advised the syndicate of local and foreign banks that granted the financing. The transaction consisted of a syndicated financing facility for up to USD 65 million granted by a group of local and foreign banks. Banco Itaú Chile participated as Lead Arranger and Bookrunner; Itaú Chile New York Branch acted as Administrative Agent; and La Fiduciaria S.A. served as Collateral Agent. The transaction closed on 28 October 2025 and the first disbursement of funds took place on 30 October 2025.
