The transaction comprised the structuring and public offering of Financially Settled Rural Product Notes (CPR-F) relating to the fifth issuance by Adami Madeiras. The offering was made for public distribution under CVM Instruction 160 and totaled BRL 400 million. The distribution was led by Kea Capital Markets.
