Cicor buys TT Electronics with financing led by Commerzbank and UBS advised by Niederer Kraft Frey

"Niederer Kraft Frey advised Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and UBS Switzerland on Swiss law aspects of the financing for Cicor Technologies’ acquisition of TT Electronics. The deal, to be implemented by a UK court‑sanctioned scheme of arrangement and expected to close in H1 2026, values TT at about CHF 303 million (GBP 287 million) and will be funded with senior term debt facilities and newly issued Cicor shares."

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and UBS Switzerland in connection with their roles as mandated lead arrangers on Swiss law aspects of the financing for Cicor Technologies’ acquisition of TT Electronics. The transaction will be implemented by way of a UK court‑sanctioned scheme of arrangement and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. The agreement values TT Electronics at approximately CHF 303 million (GBP 287 million) and will be financed through a combination of senior term debt facilities and newly issued Cicor shares. Headquartered in Switzerland, buyer Cicor Technologies provides electronic manufacturing services (EMS). London Stock Exchange‑listed TT Electronics designs and manufactures engineered electronics for performance‑critical environments.
