Andersen Advises Mtech Group on Lease of 15,000 sqm Warehouse to Nuveen

The asset, located on a 25,000 sqm plot and with BREEAM Very Good certification, will become the headquarters of Mtech’s new factory and enable the company to double production as part of its 2026–2028 strategic plan."

Andersen advised Mtech Group on the lease of a 15,000 square metre warehouse in Pinto (Madrid) to Nuveen. The transaction concerns the lease by Mtech Group of a newly built industrial asset sited on a 25,000-square-metre plot. The facility holds BREEAM Very Good certification and will serve as the headquarters for Mtech Group’s new factory. The premises will allow the company to double its production capacity following an investment to strengthen its production and logistics capabilities. The operation forms part of Mtech Group’s 2026–2028 strategic plan, which aims to consolidate its leadership and achieve sustainable growth.
