Legance and Clifford Chance advise on IGD SIIQ €300 million green bond

Legance advised Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ, and Clifford Chance advised the financing institutions involved in the transaction. The transaction concerns the placement of a green, non‑convertible, senior unsecured bond for a nominal amount of €300 million and a five‑year term. The issuer, Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ — a leading player in the Italian retail real estate sector that owns an extensive portfolio of shopping centres nationwide and manages its assets through in‑house asset, property, facility and leasing management structures — is conducting the offering. The bonds are scheduled to be issued and listed on Euro MTF, the non‑regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, with an expected issue and listing date of 4 November 2025. BNP PARIBAS, Goldman Sachs International and Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI CIB Division) acted as global coordinators and joint lead managers for the placement, while Banca Akros served as co‑manager.
