Legance and ADVANT Nctm advise on €270 million syndicated financing for Kos

Legance and ADVANT Nctm advised the parties in a financing transaction: Legance represented Kos, the holding company of the Kos Group, and ADVANT Nctm represented the pool of financing banks. The transaction consists of a pooled financing facility totaling €270 million granted in favour of Kos, the holding of the Kos Group, which operates in the socio-healthcare sector and specialises in the management of residential care homes for the elderly (RSA), rehabilitation services and diagnostics. The financing is supported by a comprehensive package of real guarantees, including mortgage securities and assignments in security of receivables arising from intragroup financing arrangements. Legance represented Kos with a team composed by: partner Antonio Matino; senior counsel Marco Gagliardi; associates Mattia Longo and Silvia Monterisi. ADVANT Nctm represented the pool of financing banks with a team composed by: partner Roberto de Nardis di Prata and, for the banking aspects, managing associate Federico De Pascale (banking).
