Albè & Associati Advises MA*GA on Kandinsky and Italy Exhibition

Albè & Associati advised Museo MA*GA in defining the agreement with the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia (MUVE) for the exhibition Kandinsky and Italy. The project originates from a collaboration between Museo MA*GA and the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia – Ca' Pesaro, Galleria Internazionale d’Arte Moderna di Venezia. The exhibition will present works drawn from the collections of both institutions and will be enriched by loans from important public museums and private collections. The legal assistance provided by Albè & Associati covered the negotiation and drafting of the agreement between the two cultural institutions, the definition of reciprocal commitments and responsibilities, and the regulation of economic, organisational and rights management aspects. With this agreement MA*GA strengthens its commitment to collaboration with prestigious Italian institutions and contributes to the appreciation of Wassily Kandinsky’s work and thought within the European context and the major season of Italian abstraction. Albè & Associati represented Museo MA*GA in the agreement with the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia (MUVE) with a team composed by: Giorgio Albè, founding partner, and Maria Laviensi, senior associate, of the firm's cultural department. The exhibition Kandinsky and Italy will be staged at MA*GA from 30 November 2025 to 12 April 2026.
