NautaDutilh assisted Yanmar in the acquisition of Almere City FC and its stadium, while Kroonenberg Groep was the seller in this transaction. The transaction involved Yanmar officially completing the acquisition of Almere City FC, the youngest professional football club in the Netherlands, and its stadium from Kroonenberg Groep. The deal followed the signing of the share purchase agreement in July and the approval of the KNVB's professional football licensing committee in record-breaking time. Kroonenberg Groep will remain involved as a sponsor of Almere City FC, ensuring the continuation of its long-term relationship with the club.
