The transaction involved the acquisition of Green Group AG and its subsidiaries (‘Green’), a Swiss-based digital infrastructure platform operating hyperscale and enterprise data centres. Green is a market leader in Switzerland’s growing data centre market, with long-term contracts with leading global cloud service providers and enterprise customers. The transaction was signed in July 2025 and completed on 30 October 2025.
