COBALT provided legal support to Nordomatic in its acquisition of Echoo Group SIA, a leading supplier and developer of engineering solutions for automation, electrical, and building management systems based in Latvia. The transaction represents a strategic move for Nordomatic, the world’s largest independent provider of Building Management Systems (BMS), as it expands into the Baltic market. This acquisition enhances Nordomatic’s presence in the region, where demand for energy and operational efficiency solutions in buildings is rapidly growing, offering significant growth opportunities.
