"Allen & Overy (A&O) Shearman advised FastBridge Fiber and Guggenheim Investments on the definitive agreement for Greenlight Networks to acquire FastBridge Fiber, a Pennsylvania-based fiber internet provider. The transaction, expected to close in mid-2026 pending regulatory approvals, will expand high-speed fiber internet across the Northeastern U.S. Guggenheim will gain an ownership stake in Greenlight Networks, joining Oak Hill Capital in supporting its growth. Allen & Overy (A&O) Shearman advised FastBridge Fiber and Guggenheim Investments in connection with the definitive agreement for Greenlight Networks to acquire FastBridge Fiber, a Pennsylvania-based fiber internet provider. The transaction, expected to close in mid-2026 pending regulatory approvals, represents a significant milestone in the expansion of high-speed fiber internet across the Northeastern United States. FastBridge Fiber, majority-owned by select client accounts of Guggenheim, will become part of Greenlight Networks’ growing infrastructure footprint. Following the transaction, Guggenheim will take an ownership stake in Greenlight Networks, joining Oak Hill Capital in supporting the company’s growth and expansion initiatives. FastBridge Fiber’s network spans key regions in Pennsylvania and New York, including Buffalo, Berks County, Bloomsburg, Danville, Williamsport, and ongoing construction in Erie and Hazelton.
