The transaction involved the execution of a Farm Out Agreement between Vultur Oil and New Stratus Energy (NSE), under which NSE will acquire a percentage of Vultur’s interest in concession agreements No. 48610.010812/2015-04 and No. 48610.005425/2013-86, related to onshore blocks REC-T-107 and REC-T-108 in the Recôncavo Basin. The acquisition will occur in two phases: NSE will initially acquire a 15% stake in the blocks and may acquire an additional 17.5% stake subject to further investments.
