The transaction involved the acquisition of Xpedition, a company specialising in business transformation and technology consulting services, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Transparity, founded in 2015 and headquartered in London, acquired Xpedition to create a combined business with over 360 Microsoft experts. This merger aims to deliver end-to-end capabilities across Dynamics 365, Azure, Cyber, AI, and beyond, enabling the business to operate on a larger scale with enhanced expertise and capacity.
