"MSC Cruises, part of the MSC Group, has acquired 100% of Slam's capital from Vam Investments. The transaction involved legal, fiscal, corporate, labor, intellectual property, and financial advisory teams from various firms, including RPLT RP Legalitax, DWF, Accuracy, and Dawan Corporate Finance, with notarial services provided by Giacomo Ridella of Busani & Partners."

RPLT RP Legal & Tax and DWF participated in the transaction, assisting MSC Cruises and Vam Investments, respectively. MSC Cruises, part of the MSC Group, acquired 100% of the capital of Slam from Vam Investments. RPLT RP Legal & Tax assisted MSC Cruises with a team coordinated by partner Fabrizio Iliceto and senior associate Alfredo della Bella for legal aspects, and partner Massimo Baglioni and senior associate Marianna Lamattina for fiscal matters. DWF supported Vam Investments with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Luca Cuomo, responsible for the M&A practice, and associate Natale Galluzzo for corporate matters. Labor law aspects were handled by partner Giorgio Manca with the support of associate Edoardo Pozzolini, while intellectual property matters were managed by partner Marco Annoni. Financial aspects were overseen by Accuracy for MSC Cruises and Dawan Corporate Finance for Vam Investments. Notarial operations were entrusted to notary Giacomo Ridella from Busani & Partners.
