The law firm Galbiati, Sacchi, Lamandini e Associati – GSLA – assisted Banca Sella Holding and Banca Sella in the transaction involving the acquisition of 50% of Hype from Illimity Bank, a subsidiary of Banca Ifis. The transaction, subject to legal authorizations, will result in Banca Sella holding 100% of Hype's capital and proceeding with its merger by incorporation. Hype, established in 2015 within SellaLab, is currently an Electronic Money Institution with 1.9 million customers.
