U-Power Group, a leading European player in work footwear and apparel, has signed a binding agreement, subject to certain conditions precedent, for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Cerva Group, a prominent European company in the personal protective equipment market. The transaction will create a pan-European leader in the individual protection sector, with combined revenues nearing €500 million, commercial presence in over 60 markets, and one of the most comprehensive and recognized portfolios of brands and products in the industry.
