The acquisition will merge Stingray with Amethyst Radiotherapy to form the largest pan-European cancer care platform, named Stingray Healthcare Group, aiming to expand access to high-quality cancer care across Europe. Legal and tax aspects of the transaction were handled by CMS Francis Lefebvre, Lenz & Staehelin, Linklaters, and McDermott Will & Schulte."

CMS Francis Lefebvre advised the co-founder and management of Stingray Healthcare, Lenz & Staehelin advised on the Swiss aspects of the transaction, Linklaters advised Jacobs Capital as the seller, and McDermott Will & Schulte advised Fremman Capital as the buyer. The transaction involved the acquisition of Stingray Healthcare by Fremman Capital. Stingray Healthcare, founded in 2017 in Switzerland by Jacobs Capital and Ralph Hefti, operates 11 centres in France and Germany, delivering radiotherapy, radiosurgery, and oncology treatments. Following the acquisition, Fremman Capital plans to combine Stingray Healthcare with Amethyst Radiotherapy, acquired in August 2025, to create the largest pan-European cancer care platform under the name Stingray Healthcare Group. The CMS team included François Bossé-Cohic (Counsel, corporate), Louise Paysant (Associate, corporate), Pierre Dedieu (Partner, French tax), Inès Mzali (Counsel, French tax), and Valentina Santambrogio (Partner, English aspects). Lenz & Staehelin's team was led by Floran Ponce on the Swiss aspects.
