Buenavista Equity Partners had been involved with Aviaction since 2019, implementing a buy-and-build strategy to expand its services. Addleshaw Goddard previously supported Buenavista in acquiring a majority stake in Aviaction and other related transactions."

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard advised Buenavista Equity Partners and the other shareholders, while Artá Capital was the buyer in the transaction. The transaction involved the sale of 100% of Aviaction S.L., the holding company of the Aviaction Group, to Artá Capital. Aviaction Group is a leading provider in Spain of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services (MRO). Buenavista Equity Partners had been involved with Aviaction since 2019, implementing a buy-and-build strategy that included the acquisition of AIRE, Air Clean Textil, and Servitec, significantly expanding Aviaction's capabilities in line maintenance services for aircraft. The Addleshaw Goddard team advising on the transaction was led by Corporate/M&A partner Pablo Díaz, with support from associates Enrique Murillo and Lucas Sánchez.
