The transaction involved PatientNow, a developer and supplier of a patient engagement and electronic medical record (EMR) platform focused on clinic-based healthcare businesses, acquiring Recura AI Inc., an AI-powered medical spa receptionist software company. This partnership aims to drive the future growth of aesthetics practices by providing customers with a 24/7 growth engine.
