The transaction involved the full sale of Valoris Center, a Romanian business process and technology outsourcing provider, to Mplus, a European business process and technology outsourcing provider operating in over 50 countries. The deal included the transfer of Valoris Center's Romanian business and its Serbian subsidiary.
