"Mi.To. Real Estate Fund Invests in Prestigious Milan Property Redevelopment Project"

"LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory assisted the Mi.To. Real Estate Fund, an initiative by Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory, in signing an agreement for an investment in a real estate development project in Milan. The project involves the transformation of a property in Corso Vercelli 22 into a high-end residential complex with 32 housing units, retail space, and modern amenities like a pool, gym, and advanced energy-efficient features. The development, structured through a real estate securitization, will adhere to high sustainability standards and is expected to be completed within 24 months."

LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory assisted the Mi.To. Real Estate Fund, an initiative by Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory focused on the mid-size residential real estate market primarily in Milan and Turin, in signing an agreement for investment in a real estate development project in collaboration with the promoter Apeiron. Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners supported Apeiron in the transaction, particularly in facilitating the entry of the Mi.To. Real Estate Fund into the securitization operation. The transaction involves the redevelopment of the real estate complex located at Corso Vercelli 22, a prestigious area in the heart of Milan. The project, with a duration of 24 months, will transform the property from its current office use to residential use, creating three buildings with approximately 32 high-end residential units and one retail unit with a street-facing entrance and storage space, covering a total area of approximately 4,500 square meters. The redevelopment will focus on creating state-of-the-art, energy-efficient buildings in class A4, featuring high-quality architectural spaces, parking garages, storage rooms, and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, advanced home automation solutions, and exclusive services for maximum energy efficiency and comfort. All phases of the project will adhere to the highest environmental sustainability standards, emphasizing certified materials, efficient systems, and renewable energy sources.
