Dr. Vranjes Firenze, part of the L’Occitane group, completed the acquisition of 51% of the share capital of Integra Fragrances, a company specializing in olfactory branding services. Legance assisted the buyer, Dr. Vranjes Firenze, with a team led by Andrea Tortora della Corte and composed of Luca Troisi and Charlotte Bianchi for M&A matters. Employment law aspects were handled by Marco D’Agostini and Giacomo Poletti, while tax matters were managed by Claudia Gregori, Mirea Cacciatore, and Nunziante Di Matteo. For other activities, Legance coordinated with Silvia Lenzetti, in-house counsel for Dr. Vranjes Firenze. The sellers were assisted by GBB Studio, represented by partner Michele Corradini, for financial and tax matters; BLF, with Giulio Pinetti and Maddalena Natali, for legal aspects; and Studio Legale Sanzo Vascello, with partner Manuela Sanzo, for employment law matters.
