GBSAPRI, an independent Italian group specializing in insurance brokerage and risk management, acquired Selecover, a historic all-risks broker with nearly 80 years of history and a strong presence in the Milanese and Lombard markets. This acquisition further strengthens GBSAPRI's positioning in the Italian market and aligns with the group's strategic growth plan through external lines. Chiomenti assisted GBSAPRI with a multidisciplinary team led by Francesca Villa, alongside Francesca Zimmardi and Francesco Iapoce, who handled corporate matters. Flavia Pagnanelli, supported by Anna Giulia Piersanti, managed regulatory aspects, while Giulia Berton coordinated labor law matters. Talea assisted the sellers with a team led by Enrico Del Sasso, together with Alessio Vasciminno and Silvia Cerri.
