CMS provided legal support to WOOD & Co., a leading European investment bank and asset manager, in the transaction involving the Delta Ange BESS-project, located in Ånge, Sweden. The Delta Ange BESS-project is set to become one of the largest energy storage facilities in Scandinavia, strategically positioned near the Alby Hydrogen project and Enlight Renewable Energy’s 372-MW Björnberget wind farm. The facility will enhance grid flexibility and support the integration of renewable energy sources, playing a key role in advancing renewable energy integration and grid stability in the region. The CMS team involved in the transaction included Banking & Finance partners Petra Mysakova (Czech Republic), Kristofer Selvin (Sweden), and Hendrik Kangasmuukko (Sweden); Lawyer Matej Eberle; and Associates David Bujgl (Czech Republic) and Irma Fricke (Sweden).
