Browne Jacobson also advised on two acquisitions as part of the transaction: Atlas World, a fire compliance specialist based in Belfast, and PLP Fire & Security, a smoke and ventilation specialist based in Chatham. The transaction involved Warren Equity Partners' investment in Obsequio Group, a provider of fire safety, water hygiene, security, and compliance services across the UK. Obsequio Group has grown rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, and has invested in its proprietary technology platform, Drax Technology, which offers life safety and building compliance solutions globally. The deal also marked successful exits for Beech Tree Private Equity and Beechbrook Capital LLP.
