The transaction involves Shankesh Jewellers Limited's IPO of up to 40,000,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. This includes a fresh issue of up to 30,000,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 10,000,000 equity shares. The transaction team from Kanga & Co was led by Senior Partner Chetan Thakkar, with support from Principal Associate Tejal Patankar and Associate Meghna Sharma.
