Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP represented the initial purchasers in connection with a transaction involving Danaos Corporation, a global shipping company. The transaction consisted of a $500 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior notes offering by Danaos Corporation, which operates one of the world’s largest fleets of containerships. The transaction was successfully closed on October 17, 2025. The Cravath team included partners Philip J. Boeckman and Margaret R. M. Rallings, as well as associates Marianne Madden, Apollonia Persianis, Nathaniel E. Hatter, and Narda Vasquez Arancibia.
