Davis Polk participated in the transaction, advising the lead arranger, bookrunner, and administrative agent. The transaction involved an amendment to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ existing credit agreement to refinance and upsize its senior secured first-lien revolving credit facility to a total aggregate amount of $1 billion.
