The transaction marks a strategic milestone for TVH Consulting, which continues its expansion in Switzerland following the acquisition of SAP pure-player Augusta Reeves last month. AGENTIL, a leading provider and integrator of SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA solutions, strengthens TVH Consulting's position as a leader in the SME market, particularly in the Swiss Romandy region with the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution. This acquisition aligns with TVH Consulting's selective growth strategy, supported by 21 Invest, to partner with strong, high-performing, and growing companies that share the same vision of excellence and quality of service. The combined group now has over 630 employees and generates €120 million in revenue across five countries (France, Spain, Switzerland, Morocco, and Madagascar), including €13 million in Switzerland.
