CMS advised PPF Banka, while Wood & Co.’s Renewables Subfund provided backing for the financing of the Delta Ange battery energy storage system in Sweden. The transaction involves the financing of a 70-megawatt/160-megawatt-hour energy storage site in Vasternorrland County, Sweden, which will be operated by Ange Storage Solution AB and supported by Delta Ange Holding as the parent company. Positioned near the Alby Hydrogen initiative and Enlight Renewable Energy’s Bjornberget wind farm, the project is set to be one of Scandinavia's largest energy storage assets, enhancing grid flexibility and enabling greater integration of renewable energy sources. The CMS team included Czech Republic-based Partner Petra Mysakova, Associate David Bujgl, and Lawyer Matej Eberle, along with additional lawyers in Sweden.
