"Mass Group has acquired European footwear retailer Leder & Schuh, with legal advice from Ketler & Partners and Schindler, while Herbst Kinsky advised the sellers. The deal, pending regulatory approval, will position Mass Group as one of Europe's top-ten footwear retailers, with over EUR 400 million in annual revenue, 300 stores (physical and online), and 2,300 employees across nine countries."

Ketler & Partners, Member of Karanovic, and Schindler advised Mass Group, while Herbst Kinsky advised the sellers, MRHG Holding AG and Alchemy, in the transaction. Mass Group acquired Leder & Schuh, a European footwear retailer. The transaction, which remains subject to regulatory approval, is expected to position Mass Group as one of Europe’s top-ten footwear retailers, with over EUR 400 million in annual revenue, 290 physical and 10 online stores, and more than 2,300 employees across nine countries.
