The transaction involved obtaining court rulings to lift a criminal asset freezing order over the Gulliver Business Centre and overturning a previous decision that had transferred the property to Ukraine’s Asset Recovery and Management Agency. The measures were imposed in criminal proceedings related to the property’s former owners. Gulliver, located in central Kyiv, is a major multifunctional complex comprising two Class A office towers and a retail/entertainment centre, with its tallest tower standing at 141 metres over 33 storeys and the property totaling approximately 157,400 square metres.
