Wenger Vieli advised Beyond Gravity, a subsidiary of Swiss Confederation-owned RUAG, on the sale and lease-back of a 37,500 m² industrial and development site in Zurich-Seebach, known as the “former Contraves site,” to the City of Zurich. The transaction involved the sale and lease-back of the site, which is located in Zurich-Seebach and is popularly referred to as the “former Contraves site.” Beyond Gravity specialises in manufacturing satellite products and launch vehicle structures.
