The transaction involved several law firms, including Studio Lega & Partners, BFM Befera-Fanelli-Magistro, and legal advisors Stefano Ambrosini and his team, who assisted Pufin, an industrial holding company based in Frigento (AV), in restructuring its debts. The Tribunal of Avellino approved the debt restructuring agreements of Pufin on July 15, 2025, which had been filed on February 13, 2025, under the procedure outlined in Article 57 of the Italian Code of Crisis. The restructuring plan successfully reduced the company's debt burden, with agreements signed with creditors, primarily financial institutions, representing 81% of the total exposure. The transaction was led by Studio Lega & Partners, with the restructuring team coordinated by Marco Paparello, supported by Marzia Mizzoni. Legal advisor Stefano Ambrosini, an expert in corporate crisis law, was assisted by his team members Fabio Iozzo and Andrea Sola, as well as local lawyers Vincenzo Forgione and Gianluca Cozza. Massimo Gargano provided expertise on the executive procedure aspects. Gianluca Sava conducted the accounting and tax due diligence, while the tax matters were handled by the BFM Befera-Fanelli-Magistro firm based in Rome.
