"Rinovha, a portfolio company of the Xenon fund, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi, and Zatta, companies specializing in waste collection, treatment, disposal, and recycling of various materials. The transaction was supported by legal and financial advisors, including Giovannelli e Associati and EY-Parthenon, with multidisciplinary teams handling corporate, labor law, fiscal, and legal aspects."

Giovannelli e Associati and Studio PCLX participated in the transaction, assisting Rinovha and Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi, and Zatta, respectively. Rinovha, a portfolio company of the Xenon fund, acquired 100% of the share capital of Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi, and Zatta. These companies operate in the sectors of collection, treatment, and disposal of liquid and solid waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, as well as in the collection, recycling, and trade of metallic, plastic, wood, and cardboard materials. The team from Giovannelli e Associati assisting Rinovha was coordinated by partner Matteo Colombari and included counsel Giulia Contestabile and associates Filippo Camerada, Edoardo Pietricola, Federico Coscia, Azzurra Selvatico Estense, and Francesca Vinci for corporate matters, as well as associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law matters. Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi, and Zatta were advised by EY-Parthenon as financial advisor and Studio PCLX of Montebelluna for fiscal and legal matters, with a multidisciplinary team led by partners Roberto Palumbo, Luca Marotta, and Paolo Selvestrel.
