CMS Switzerland and CMS Morocco provided legal assistance to the Cicor Group in its acquisition of Valtronic’s sites in Cleveland, United States, and Berrechid, Morocco. The transaction enables the Cicor Group to expand its operations by adding approximately 220 employees and generating additional revenue of at least CHF 20 million. The acquisition marks Cicor Group’s entry into the U.S. market with a site in Cleveland, allowing for rapid and cost-effective market access without the need for new facility investments. Additionally, the acquisition of Valtronic’s site in Berrechid, Morocco, will double Cicor Group’s production capacity. The transfer of the two sites is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
