Addleshaw Goddard (AG) advised REINO IO Logistics on the development and green financing of a modern build-to-suit logistics facility in Piotrków Trybunalski, developed for Allegro. BNP Paribas Bank Polska provided the green loan financing for the project. The transaction involved the development of REINO IO Piotrków Allegro BTS, a state-of-the-art logistics facility with a total area of approximately 27,000 sqm. This project is the first in-house development by REINO IO Logistics within the REINO IO Piotrków logistics park. Designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability, the facility features 144 loading docks, a 12-metre clear height, photovoltaic installation, and a hybrid heating system. The building is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. The AG team advising on the real estate aspects included Monika Lerka (managing associate), Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate), Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate), and Bartosz Boenigk (senior associate) from the real estate practice. On the financing aspects, the team comprised Marta Domino (partner), Maciej Chęciński (managing associate), Przemysław Sańka (associate), and Helena Grzywaczewska (junior associate) from the banking and finance practice. The advisory was supervised by Janusz Dzianachowski (national managing partner).
