Bech-Bruun assisted GTO Partners in the strategic M&A investment by its portfolio company, Complea A/S, in its partnership with C-Solution. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Complea’s growth journey following GTO’s investment in Q2 2025. Complea, under the leadership of CEO Morten Hovaldt, has been a key player in operational technology, hosting, IT support, and cybersecurity for 15 years, operating its own data centres in Denmark. The partnership with C-Solution, a Danish company specializing in hosting, networking, and IT operations solutions, aims to drive further growth through organic expansion and future acquisitions. As part of the partnership, C-Solution’s founder, Brian Pedersen, will join Complea as Group CCO.
