Magnusson acted as the legal advisor to Evernord Asset Management UAB, the operating company of Evernord Real Estate Fund VI, in a transaction where Evernord acquired a majority shareholding in Kiinteistö Oy Mannerheimintie 168. The transaction involved Evernord, a leading Baltic investment and wealth management company, acquiring a majority stake in a property complex located in the Pikku Huopalahti / Ruskeasuo area of Helsinki, Finland. The property comprises 56 apartments as well as retail and office premises, and it will be developed to meet current market needs. Mirlux Oy participated as a minority shareholder and will oversee the operational development and future management of the asset in collaboration with Evernord.
