The transaction involved legal teams addressing both Italian and English law aspects, with Hogan Lovells also advising Loan Agency Services S.r.l. in its roles related to the debt facility."

Hogan Lovells and Loan Agency Services S.r.l. participated in the financing transaction, advising BlackRock’s funds and accounts and Omega Pharma S.r.l., as well as acting as Notes Trustee, Issuing Agent, Security Agent, and Noteholders' Representative. The transaction involved the financing aimed at the acquisition of Cieffe Derma S.r.l., a company specializing in the development and distribution of dermocosmetics and food supplements with a focus on dermatology and gynaecology. The acquisition was made by Omega Pharma S.r.l., a portfolio company of 21 Invest, from Azimut Libera Impresa SGR and the entrepreneurial family. The Hogan Lovells team advising BlackRock’s funds and accounts included partners Iacopo Canino and Bianca Caruso, senior associate Beatrice Bertuzzi, and associate Laura Leonelli.
